About easykaryalayas

The goal of project easykaryalays is to provide necessary information regarding the e-government services in Nepal and to hopefully increase the effectiveness of e-governance within the country.

The idea for the project came upon, when the members of The Visionarys Nepal faced the diffculties of searching relevant information on government's e-service. Among many issuces, including the UI/UX on such websites, the lack of important details regarding documents necessary for the form fillups was a very fraustating one. Seeing such neglegance, the team decided to do an online research on whether such e-government services were being used or not. After having a look at many websites, the conclsion was evident. The effective usability of the wesbites was lacking. With the issue on hand, the team decided to create an information portal for the e-government services within Nepal, starting from Parsa district. We did a small research on whether the youths of this generation knew about such services in Birgunj. With a small feasibility study completed, the development journey of the project began in September, 2024.
